Return, Exchange and Refund
Saroj Jain supports size exchanges on eligible standard-size orders. Purchases are non-refundable, and if the requested replacement size is unavailable, a credit note may be issued instead.
Exchange Conditions
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange is allowed once per order.
- Sale purchases are not eligible for exchange.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, free of stains or fragrance, with tags intact and original packaging preserved.
